on Provision of Visa Document Support and Consulting Services

"A1 travel" LLP, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider", represented by Director Esenzholuly K., acting on the basis of the Charter, on the one hand, and ________________________________________________, Tax ID (IIN) ________________________, hereinafter referred to as the "Client", on the other hand, collectively referred to as the "Parties", have entered into this Agreement as follows:
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The Service Provider, acting on the Client’s instructions, undertakes to provide services for the preparation of documents for visa application (hereinafter referred to as the "Services" or the "Assignment"), and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for these Services in the manner and on the terms provided for in this Agreement.
2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
2.1. Obligations of the Service Provider:

• 2.1.1. Prepare the necessary documents for an entry visa and submit them to the relevant embassy (consulate, visa center) according to the list of persons provided by the Client.
• 2.1.2. Actions within the scope of the Assignment:
• Provide the Client with the list of required documents for the visa;
• Accept documents and payment from the Client;
• Prepare the document package based on the information provided by the Client and embassy requirements;
• Pay the consular fee at the Client's expense;
• Submit the document set to the embassy/consulate/visa center;
• Conduct preliminary preparation of the Client for the oral interview;
• Collect passports (with issued visas or refusal stamps/letters);
• Hand over passports to the Client at the Service Provider's location within 3 (three) working days after collection from the embassy;
• Clarify to the Client that the Service Provider is not liable for visa denials.
• 2.1.3. Inform the Client about visa issuance rules and embassy requirements.
• 2.1.4. Notify the Client of a mandatory interview no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date.

2.2. Rights of the Service Provider:

• 2.2.1. Refuse to perform the Assignment if the Client violates payment terms, fails to provide essential information, or breaches other obligations. In such cases, the Client shall pay a fine equal to 100% of the service fee.
• 2.2.2. Engage third parties to fulfill the Assignment.

2.3. Obligations of the Client:

• 2.3.1. Pay the service fee in full and on time.
• 2.3.2. Provide valid passports, photos, questionnaire data, and other required information.
• 2.3.3. Disclose full and accurate information, including circumstances preventing visa issuance (entry bans, previous visa violations, or requirements for special permits for children/weapons/animals/art).
• 2.3.4. Provide an accurate address and telephone number.
• 2.3.5. Issue a power of attorney if necessary for legal actions under this Agreement.
• 2.3.6. Pay a fine of 100% of the service fee if the Client cancels the Assignment.
• 2.3.7. Follow the Service Provider’s instructions during document filling and interviews.

3. SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS

• 3.1. Services are rendered on a 100% prepayment basis.
• 3.2. The amount for each service is specified in the invoice issued by the Service Provider.
• 3.3. Payment is made via bank transfer or in cash upon signing.
• 3.4. Refund Policy: In case of a visa refusal, the Service Provider shall refund the prepayment within 3 (three) banking days, minus actual expenses in the amount of 30,000 (thirty thousand) tenge.

4. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

• 4.1. Liability is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• 4.2. Disclaimer: The Service Provider is NOT liable for:
• Embassy decisions on visa issuance/denial;
• Losses due to visa delays or refusals;
• Losses due to inaccurate information provided by the Client;
• Denial of entry at customs or border control;
• Losses related to embassy interview invitations.
• 4.3. If the Client provides forged documents or violates clause 2.3.3, the Client shall pay a fine of 50 (fifty) Monthly Calculation Indices (MCI).

5. TERM AND TERMINATION

• 5.1. Valid from signing until full performance of obligations.
• 5.2. May be amended or terminated by mutual consent.
• 5.3. Termination by the Client: Fine per clause 2.3.6 applies.
• 5.4. Termination by the Service Provider (due to external circumstances): Refund minus 30,000 tenge expense.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ARBITRATION)

• 6.1. All disputes shall be resolved by the International Arbitration for the West Kazakhstan Region (hereinafter – WKR Arbitration), held at the International Arbitration Centre of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC IAC), Astana, 55/16 Mangilik El, Block C 3.1. The plaintiff chooses the arbitration rules. The case shall be heard by a sole arbitrator: Mirmanov Yerkebulan Kuanyshevich or Eleussizova Indira Karzhaubayevna, in Russian, under Kazakhstan law.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

• 7.1. All Appendices (including Questionnaires) are integral to this Agreement.
• 7.2. The Client is warned about embassy requirements and the possibility of insurance for non-contractual costs (hotels, tickets).
• 7.3. No refund if the embassy changes visa dates/terms without explanation.
• 7.4. Passports may be released by the embassy only 1–2 days before travel. Urgent delivery is subject to additional fees.
• 7.5. A visa does not guarantee entry; the final decision lies with foreign border services.
• 7.6. For remote agreements, payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

"A1 travel" LLP, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider", represented by Director Esenzholuly K., acting on the basis of the Charter, on the one hand, and Mr./Ms. ________________ (Full Name), Tax ID (IIN) _______________ / Passport No. __________, hereinafter referred to as the "Client", on the other hand, collectively referred to as the "Parties", have entered into this Agreement as follows:
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. The Service Provider, acting on the Client’s instructions, undertakes to provide support and consulting services during the process of applying for and obtaining a residence permit (hereinafter referred to as "VMP") in the Republic of Kazakhstan for a citizen of Ukraine, and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for these services in the manner and on the terms provided for in this Agreement.
2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
2.1. Obligations of the Service Provider:

• 2.1.1. Provide full consulting support at all stages of obtaining a VMP, including:
• Advising on the list of required documents for the VMP;
• Assisting in the preparation and assembly of the document package according to the requirements of the authorized bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Consulting and support during the acquisition of the primary visa (B8 visa / temporary residence permit / registration notification) and subsequent VMP application;
• Informing the Client about the status of the document review;
• Notifying the Client of any changes in the requirements of the authorized bodies regarding VMP processing.
• 2.1.2. Clarify to the Client that the final decision on the issuance of a VMP is made by the authorized bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Service Provider is not liable for any refusal to issue a VMP.

2.2. Rights of the Service Provider:

• 2.2.1. Refuse to perform the assignment if the Client violates the payment procedure, fails to provide necessary documents, or breaches other obligations. In such a case, the Client shall pay a fine of 100% of the value of services actually rendered at the time of refusal.
• 2.2.2. Engage third parties to fulfill this assignment.

2.3. Obligations of the Client:

• 2.3.1. Pay the service fee in full and on time.
• 2.3.2. Provide a valid passport, photographs, questionnaire data, and other documents required by the Authorized Body.
• 2.3.3. Disclose full and accurate information, including circumstances that may prevent the obtaining of a VMP, such as:
• Entry/stay bans or restrictions in the Republic of Kazakhstan or other states;
• Violations of the migration regime of any country;
• The need for special permits or approvals from third parties or competent authorities.
• 2.3.4. Provide an accurate address and contact telephone number.
• 2.3.5. If necessary, issue a power of attorney for the performance of legally significant actions provided for by this Agreement.
• 2.3.6. In case of cancellation of the assignment by the Client, pay a fine of 100% of the value of services actually rendered at the time of cancellation.
• 2.3.7. Follow the Service Provider’s instructions during document preparation and procedures at authorized bodies.

3. SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS

• 3.1. The total cost of services under this Agreement is _______________ (____________________) tenge, excluding VAT.
• 3.2. Payment stages:
• First payment: 50% of the total cost, amounting to ______________ (____________________) tenge, payable within 3 (three) working days from the signing of this Agreement;
• Second payment: 50% of the total cost, amounting to ________ (______________________) tenge, payable upon receipt of primary documents (B8 visa / Temporary Residence Permit) and immediately before the submission of documents for the residence permit.
• 3.3. Payment is made via bank transfer to the Service Provider's settlement account.

4. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

• 4.1. Parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• 4.2. Disclaimer: The Service Provider is NOT liable for:
• Decisions of the authorized bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the issuance or refusal of a VMP;
• Losses due to visa/VMP delays or refusals for reasons beyond the Service Provider's control;
• Losses due to inaccurate information provided by the Client per clause 2.3.3;
• Denial of entry or stay within the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• 4.3. Violation of clause 2.3.3 or provision of forged documents shall result in a fine of 50 (fifty) Monthly Calculation Indices (MCI).

5. TERM AND TERMINATION

• 5.1. Valid from signing until full performance of obligations.
• 5.2. Termination by the Client: Fine per clause 2.3.6 applies.
• 5.3. Termination by the Service Provider (due to external circumstances): Refund of paid funds minus documented expenses.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ARBITRATION)

• 6.1. All disputes shall be resolved by the International Arbitration for the West Kazakhstan Region (WKR Arbitration), held at the International Arbitration Centre of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC IAC), Astana, 55/16 Mangilik El, Block C3.1. The plaintiff chooses the arbitration rules. Sole arbitrator: Mirmanov Yerkebulan Kuanyshevich or Eleussizova Indira Karzhaubayevna. Language: Russian.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

• 7.1. All Appendices are integral to this Agreement.
• 7.2. The Client is warned that authorized bodies may change review timelines without explanation.
• 7.3. A visa or submitted application does not guarantee a VMP; the final decision lies with the state authorities.
• 7.4. For remote agreements, the first payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
